You will need an active TalkChief account and an active Zoho account.
In Zoho, go to Settings → Channels → Telephony, find TalkChief and install it for the users who need it.
In your TalkChief account, open Integrations, select Zoho Bridge and install the module.
Click Activate in the activation email, then accept the authentication between TalkChief and Zoho.
Log out and back in to Zoho. The dialer is live and your calls now log automatically.
