What belongs in the cloud PBX control plane
The control plane should express the organization’s call-handling policy: who can call, which identity is presented, how an inbound call is greeted and routed, what happens when users are busy or unavailable, and how the service fails over.
A cloud location reduces on-premises PBX ownership but does not remove customer responsibilities for users, devices, LAN and WAN quality, permissions, recordings, data, fraud prevention, change control, or the separate approved local service required for emergency calls. TalkChief does not support emergency calls.
